Reporting – Client Reporting

Client reporting across all asset classes and vehicles

Client reporting consists of documents pertaining to investment committee meeting documents, updated standard report on each valuation date, ad hoc evaluation options and fact sheets.

For the “real assets” asset class, comprising real estate and investments, reports are available that are specific to this form of investment. For private equity investments, for example, overviews on commitments and capital calls, internal rate of return (IRR) performance presentations and return multiples are available. For real estate, reports are available on market values, types of use, debt financing, occupancy ratios, regional focal points and real estate-specific stress tests, among other things.

The demand for consolidated reporting across all asset classes and vehicles can be guaranteed by incorporating the direct investments in the PowerPortal.
