Reporting – Regulatory reporting

Regulatory reporting

In an environment of increasing regulation, the supervisory requirements for reporting systems are also growing. Examples of this are the EU fund data sheet with the solvency capital requirements (SCR) that have been implemented as part of the Solvency II directive for insurance companies. We prepare the reporting in line with the Insurance Supervisory Act (VAG) for client groups subject to the Ordinance on the Investment of Restricted Assets of Insurance Undertakings (AnlV). The ABV stress tests for the investments, among other things, are available for occupational pension schemes.

New provisions within the scope of the minimum requirements for risk management (MaRisk) require comprehensive provision of data. We support credit institutions in general with a comprehensive reporting system in accordance with:

  • Regulation governing large exposures and loans (GroMiKV)
  • Solvency capital requirement (SCR)
  • Capital deductions
  • Basel II stress test
  • Minimum requirements for the risk management (MaRisk)
  • Liquidity coverage ratio (LCR)
  • Credit valuation adjustment (CVA)

In addition to the HGB annual financial statements, our range of services also includes reporting in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
