Regulation at the highest stage

As German investment companies (Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft, KVG) we are regulated by the strict rules of the German AIFM law (Kapitalanlagegesetzbuch, KAGB ) and supervised by the German finance authority "Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BaFin)" .

In Luxembourg we are also regulated by the AIFM directive and supervised by the Luxembourg financial authority "Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF)".

UI efa S.A. is registered as specialised and support professional of the financial sector and supervised by the CSSF under the law related to the financial sector dated April 5 1993, as amended (“the 1993 Law”).

As a fully licensed Irish UCITS management company and AIFM Universal Investment Ireland is regulated and supervised by the Central Bank of Ireland.
