Vespermann has more than 25 years of international experience in investment, portfolio and asset management, transactions, product development, investor relations and real estate consulting. After successfully completing his studies in International Business Administration at the ISM International School of Management, Vespermann initially worked for various real estate companies in asset management, acquisition and sales since 1994.
He then joined DB Real Estate (now DWS) in the summer of 2002 as Regional Manager Southern Europe and Western Europe and Vice President, where he was responsible for acquisitions and sales in Spain, Italy, Portugal, France and Belgium. He later expanded his international expertise as European Head and Director at Credit Suisse Asset Management. Until 2012, Vespermann was responsible for acquisitions and disposals, portfolio and asset management in Europe and later Asia Pacific. During his tenure at Credit Suisse, he helped increase client assets from over 800 million euros to over 7 billion euros.
From 2013 to 2016, as Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director, Vespermann was responsible for Investments, Asset Management and Portfolio Management at UBS Real Estate. He managed an international portfolio of 4 billion euros. In addition, he devoted himself intensively to fund raising and investor relations. During this time, he worked with Universal-Investment in Italy, Spain, the UK and France.
