UI efa is subject to the supervision of the Luxembourg Financial Sector Supervisory Commission (CSSF).

An independent external auditor reviews UI efa’s processes to produce ISAE reports (ISAE 3402 Type I/II and ISAE 3000), which attest to the effectiveness and reliability of UI efa’s internal controls and organisation. These internationally recognised reports provide assurance to our clients regarding the quality, security, and compliance of our processes.
