Business Intelligence Team Leader
Grow with us! We are currently looking for a colleague to join our Business Intelligence Alternative Team that is a part of our Alternative Department. The main objective of the position is to support the enhancement and fortification of the UI Group Alternative platform development by designing and supporting the Alternative Investments Operations department with all fund administration processes for the products delivered through the platform via data driven design. In addition, BIA team acts as a bridge between Alternative Platform and IT, Product, Commercial and other upstream/downstream teams.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Act as business application owner of the alternative platform
- Propose and document design ideas for the development of an integrated alternative platform including data management
- Support the team on the technical implementation of the alternative platform
- Close interaction with Product, Commercial and Operations Teams
- Manage the international team
Your skills and experience:- Robust understanding of investment vehicles and their structure (fund, portfolio, investors)
- Experience in a similar position (data management environment); experience with PCS / DDX / VPM or eFront would be an asset
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Excellent time and self-management skills, ability to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines
- Understanding of relevant fund documents during life cycle of the fund
- Self-motivated to work on improvements and process efficiency;
- Advanced Excel/Power Query, SQL commands/SSRS Reporting would be a plus

Oversight Officer - Transfer Agency Oversight
Grow with us! We are currently looking for a colleague to join our Transfer Agency (TA) Team that is a part of our Oversight Department. We are responsible for performing oversight of outsourced TA services in line with legal regulations and requirements.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Perform oversight of outsourced Transfer Agent (TA) services to third-party TAs, ensuring all activities comply with Luxembourg's regulatory requirements.
- Supervise overall performance and participate in service review meetings to address and resolve breaches and quality issues.
- Ensure the quality and timeliness of TA activities, meeting agreed targets (SLAs and KPIs) and regulatory obligations.
- Develop and evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reporting standards for effective oversight.
- Liaise with Audit (internal/external), Compliance, Oversight Control, and other parties.
- Develop an open and effective working relationship with TA delegates.

Risk Manager

Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Performing regulatory risk management for UCITS and AIFs investing in real assets like private equity, real estate, debt and infrastructure
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory, fund specific and ESG related investment restrictions
- Producing regular risk reports for AIFs with special emphasis on market risk, credit risk, liquidity risk, counterparty risk, sustainability risk and operational risk
- Advising internal stakeholders, clients and service providers during fund setup concerning risk related topics
- Interaction with fund initiators, portfolio managers, investors, auditors, and the competent regulatory authorities
Your skills and experience:- University degree, preferably in Mathematics, Economics, or comparable studies
- Either recent graduation from university or first professional experience in the fund industry (for example at the big4 or another ManCo/ AIFM)
- Interest in dealing with the regulatory framework regarding risk management, for example Luxembourg fund law, AIFMD, CDR, SFDR, ESMA guidelines, CSSF circulars, DORA, etc.
- Interest in securities, bonds, derivatives and real assets
- Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Xentis, Risk Metrics and VBA programming is an asset
- Good with numbers, analytical and persistent with the eye for the detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Fund Accountant - Derivatives Senior

The objective of the Senior Fund Accountant for Derivatives and FX is to provide expert-level accounting support for derivatives ETD and foreign exchange transactions within investment funds. This role aims to ensure accurate and timely recording, reconciliation, and validation of highly complex financial instruments and transactions while driving process efficiency and operational improvements.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Full ownership of the control, processing, and booking of bilateral derivative and FX transactions across insourcing, outsourcing, and ETD processes, including oversight of junior team members’ work to ensure accuracy and adherence to deadlines. Mentoring and developing junior team members by providing technical expertise, feedback, and training to enhance overall team performance and technical competence.
- Supervising the entry, loading, and control of all transactions, including resolving discrepancies and managing exceptions. This includes overseeing the creation of derivative series, post-processing complex transactions, and ensuring system integrity in all interfaces.
- Comprehensive management of lifecycle business transactions (expiry, exercise of options, dividends, resets, fixings, defaults) with responsibility for identifying and mitigating operational risks.
- Advanced quality assurance, including reconciliation of fund accounts, ensuring compliance with EMIR and other regulatory requirements, and driving initiatives to enhance audit readiness.
- Taking a leading role in the knowledge transition process, including receiving and integrating new tasks, processes, and workflows from FRA to ensure a seamless handover. This involves creating documentation, refining processes, and ensuring proper alignment with local teams.
- Acting as a point of escalation for complex issues related to depositories and clearers, managing high-level complaints, and facilitating resolutions involving multiple stakeholders. Establishing and maintaining regular contact with advisors, asset managers, and external auditors to address escalated complaints and ensure delivery formats meet evolving market standards.
- Proactively driving process improvements, including the implementation of automation tools, streamlining workflows, and minimizing manual interventions. Providing expert guidance to internal teams, resolving advanced SP queries, and ensuring seamless communication between departments.
- Managing the onboarding of new processes and tasks as part of the transition, ensuring operational continuity, identifying gaps, and proposing solutions to optimize efficiency.
Your skills and experience:- University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related subject is advantageous, or relevant work experience will be considered.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and standards, particularly in relation to derivatives and FX transactions

Withholding Tax Specialist
Grow with us! We are currently looking for We are currently looking for a Withholding Tax Specialist to join the Tax Department (Withholding Tax Team).
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Submission of Relief At Source documents to custodians
- Completion of FATCA/CRS forms
- Liaising with external (custodian, ManCo, AM, Tax Authority, Tax Advisor) and internal parties to deliver tax-related processes
- Responsible for all requests pertaining Withholding Tax
- Data delivery for Capital Gains tax-related processes
- Resolving Tax Advisor’s requests
- Reconciliation of pending tax reclaims
- Review of invoices received from external parties
- Participation in audit processes
Your skills and experience:- High commitment, flexibility and motivation
- Hands-on mentality and proactive approach
- Openness to process changes and gaining new knowledge
- Fluent English, communicative German
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- MS Office skills
- University degree
- Experience in Withholding-Tax of great benefit

We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Director to join our Sales Liquid Asset & Insourcing Team. .
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Drive client acquisition for asset managers across Europe and beyond, taking a proactive, self-starter approach.
- Develop and manage potential client lists, identifying key opportunities for business growth.
- Plan, organize, and represent the company at workshops and sales presentations, showcasing our value to prospective clients.
- Prepare and negotiate offers, agreements, and conditions, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives.
- Stay informed about market trends, gathering insights on client requirements, competitor pricing, and reporting standards.
- Research and plan client-specific events, collaborating with the marketing team to create targeted, high-impact engagements.
- Build and strengthen relationships with business partners, expanding our network and enhancing long-term partnerships
Your skills and experience:- Extensive experience in investment fund sales within a Management Company with a solid understanding of market practices, particularly in an international setting.
- Extensive experience of the ManCo sector in Ireland and Luxembourg.
- Connections to many players in the Irish and Lux markets.
- Adaptable and resilient, able to perform under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
- Proactive self-starter, with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to take initiative.
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills, enabling quick adaptation to changing demands and tight deadlines.
- Confident and professional demeanor, with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Team player, with excellent collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English, with exceptional communication skills and a service-oriented approach
- Willingness to travel both nationally and internationally as needed.
