    Your tasks and responsibilities:

    • Analyzing, expanding and creating new legal, contractual and customer specific investment rules in SimCorp Dimension (SCD)
    • Organization of integration, system and acceptance tests as well as the transfer of SimCorp Dimension into production
    • Preparation and implementation of test activities
    • Problem troubleshooting, support and resolution

    • Good knowledge in the investment compliance environment, especially in the legal regulations (e.g. KAGB, DerivateV, VAG, SGB VI)

    Your tasks and responsibilities:

    • You are responsible for the analysis, optimisation and redesign of IT-related business processes in the environment of SimCorp Dimension (SCD) for our customers
    • You will work on the design, implementation and integration of functional enhancements in SCD and support the development of interfaces between SCD and other systems

  • Business Development Director

The successful candidate will be primarily accountable for increasing sales for direct private debt & direct infrastructure AIFM & admin services within the European and Global markets.

    Your tasks and responsibilities:

    • Shape UI Group’s direct alternatives business development strategy (private debt & infrastructure) in AIFM and admin services, leveraging an existing network of contacts.
    • Execute the commercial strategy targeting asset management firms in the alternatives space.
    • Identify and map new targets, expand the contact network, and develop a prospect list.
    • Organize workshops, create pitch presentations with sales support, and engage in RFIs/RFPs.

The aim of this position is the professional management of employees in the field of AML, as well as the performance of the function of the Deputy (Group) Money Laundering Officer and the deputy central office for the prevention of other criminal acts.

    Your tasks and responsibilities:

    • Independently oversees all anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorism financing (CTF), and financial sanctions matters, with unrestricted access to relevant data and systems as per AMLA Section 7.
    • Implements requirements under AML laws, Capital Investment Act, Foreign Trade Ordinance, and German Banking Act, ensuring adherence to AML, CTF, and financial sanctions regulations.
    • Develops and updates principles, procedures, and controls to protect against AML, CTF, and other financial crimes.
    • Conducts risk analysis and establishes monitoring to manage AML, CTF, and financial crime risks at the company and group level.
    • Enhances control procedures to prevent company misuse for money laundering, terrorism financing, and financial crimes.
    • Provides regular employee training on AML, CTF, and financial crime risks and detection methods.
    • Oversees internal and external audits, managing audit reports, and addressing findings with management.

     
    Your skills and experience:

    • Solid background in compliance, corporate governance, or anti-money laundering (AML), ideally within banking or asset management.
    • Skilled in creating and managing compliance frameworks.
    • Strong understanding of legal principles, with preferred experience in the financial sector.
    • Bachelor’s and master’s in economics, finance, or law, or equivalent qualifications.
    • Proficient in MS Office tools.
    • Excellent command of English and German.
    • Strategic thinker with strong initiative, communication skills, and a talent for working independently and conceptually

    • Acting as interface between business and IT to develop, deliver and maintain applications based on elaborated Change Requests and Projects

  • Senior Product Manager Direct Lending (m/w/d)

    • Development and Management of Product and Service Offering of UI Group in particular for Direct Lending
    • Definition of relevant service offering as per market standard
    • Overview of market including general economics, service providers, products
    • Actively work with Head of Department/CPO to implement strategic approach to service/product offering and to maximise risk-adjusted returns (in particular loan management)
    • Oversee setup of entire lifecycle of lending products and assets from acquisition to divestment
    • Ensure efficiency of processes including regular maintenance/review cycles
    • Integrate Offering in Product Catalogue and initiate changes as/when appropriate
    • Act as Primary Point of Contact within UI Group as SME for Direct Lending

  • Senior Product Manager Direct Infrastructure (m/w/d)

    Your tasks and responsibilities:

    • Development and Management of Product and Service Offering of UI Group in particular for Direct Infrastructure
    • Definition of relevant service offering as per market standard
    • Overview of market including general economics, service providers, products
    • Actively work with Head of Department/CPO to implement strategic approach to service/product offering and to maximise risk-adjusted returns
    • Oversee setup of entire lifecycle of infrastructure products and assets from acquisition to divestment
    • Ensure efficiency of processes including regular maintenance/review cycles
    • Integrate Offering in Product Catalogue and initiate changes as/when appropriate
    • Act as Primary Point of Contact within UI Group as SME for Direct Infrastructure
    • Develop and Maintain strong relationships with internal and external entities regarding developments in Direct Infrastructure
    • Collaborate with finance teams/controlling department to analyse asset performance, monitor product development and profitability and identify value enhancements
    • Assess risk management for Direct Infrastructure and assist with development of specific framework to cover associated risks
    • Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements
    • Leverage technology solutions to streamline processes, track performance and enhance decision-making
    • Support UI sales- and relationship management-team in contact to clients regrading product specific issues

     
    Your skills and experience:

    • At least 5 years of relevant market experience
    • Strong knowledge on Direct Infrastructure Investments and fund products
    • Experience in product management within financial services
    • Knowledge of investments or investment analysis is a plus
    • Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g. Finance, Business Economics, Law)
    • Proficiency in business case development, operating model/process design, and investment products
    • Strategic thinking and analytical capability
    • Track Record of managing successful project teams with matrixed reporting lines
    • English language skills; German skills preferable

    Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

    Als Relationship Manager sind Sie der Dreh- und Angelpunkt unserer Kundenbeziehungen. Sie sind zuständig für:

    • Kompetente und umfassende Betreuung der mit uns im Bereich der Publikumsfonds kooperierenden Fondspartner / -initiatoren
    • Koordination eines bedarfsorientierten erstklassigen Service in Abstimmung mit relevanten in- und externen Ansprechpartnern;
    • Entwicklung von Maßnahmen zur Intensivierung der Geschäftsbeziehung und zum Ausbau der Kooperation mit dem zugeordneten Kundenkreis;
    • Ausbau des Bestandsgeschäftes durch die laufende Bedarfsanalyse und Up- und Cross-Selling-Aktivitäten;
    • Durchführung (inkl. Vor- und Nachbereitung) von Anlageausschuss-Sitzungen, Board- und Service-Meetings

     
    Das bringen Sie mit:

    • Wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium;
    • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung bei einer bei einer Investment- / Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft, einem Asset Manager oder einer Verwahrstelle;
    • Fähigkeit zu konzeptioneller und analytischer Arbeit sowie die Flexibilität, sich rasch auf wechselnde Anforderungen und knappe Zeitvorgaben einzustellen;
    • Sicheres Auftreten, Dienstleistungsorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke;
    • Fähigkeit zum lösungs- und ergebnisorientierten Arbeiten unter Zeitdruck sowie in Stresssituationen;
    • Vertriebsorientierung und -erfahrung;
    • Hohe Teamfähigkeit, Mobilität und sehr gute englische Sprachkenntnisse.

We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Manager - Liquid Asset & Insourcing Solutions to join our Sales & RM Department.

    Your tasks and responsibilities:

    • Self-starter client acquisition for mid-size KVGs and asset managers in Germany and Europe
    • Conceptual development and processing of a potential client list
    • Conception, organisation and representation of the company at workshops and sales presentations
    • Preparation and negotiation of offers, agreements and conditions
    • Actively obtaining and processing information from the market environment (e.g. client requirements regarding reporting, price information from competitors, etc.) at UI
    • Active research on potential client events, conceptualisation of target group-specific events in cooperation with the marketing department
    • Maintaining and expanding the business partner network

     
    Your skills and experience:

    • Several years of professional experience in the sale of investment funds at a capital management company or asset manager and knowledge in market practices, preferably in an international context
    • Completed studies (economics) and/or comparable studies in the field of asset management
    • Flexibility, ability to work under pressure
    • Self-starter with problem-solving mindset
    • Strong ability to work conceptually and analytically to adapt quickly to changing requirements and tight deadlines
    • Excellent English language skills
    • Confident demeanor, service orientation and strong communication skills
    • High ability to work in a team
    • Strong travel willingness (national and international)
