Universal Investment Group appoints Christina Huebschen as Group Chief Human Resources Officer

Universal Investment Group, a leading European fund services platform and Super ManCo, today announced the appointment of Christina Huebschen (49) as Group Chief Human Resources Officer, effective April 1, 2024. In this new role, Christina will lead the Group for all aspects of human resources, encompassing people strategy and HR operations, culture and inclusion, talent management, and compensation and benefits.
Christina Huebschen brings over two decades of international experience in leading human resource operations both for tech companies and large matrix organisations within the financial and technology sector. Her deep HR expertise spans a broad spectrum, including fostering workplace culture, people strategy, talent development, leadership, and innovation.
Most recently, Christina Huebschen was Chief People & Culture Officer at digital platform solutions provider Thinkproject. Previously, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer and a member of the Executive Board at Avaloq, a Swiss Fintech company. Prior to this, she oversaw all HR activities within the Global Delivery Network Technology for Europe, Africa, and America at Accenture.
During her career, Christina has worked in India, Switzerland, Austria, and Germany. She holds first and second state law exams from the University of Saarland and Higher Regional Court, in addition to an MBA from Henley Management College.
