Strategies for incorporating sustainability risks

In accordance with Article 3 of the Disclosure Regulation, the handling of sustainability risks in investment decisions of UI BVK Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH is disclosed.

Sustainability risks are environmental, social or governance events or conditions whose occurrence could have an actual or potential material adverse effect on the value of a fund's investment.

The current version of October 2024 has been updated with regard to the topic of adverse sustainability impacts.  

No consideration of adverse impacts of investment decisions on sustainability factors

Investment decisions may have adverse impacts on sustainability factors. UI BVK Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH does not consider the adverse impacts of its investment decisions on sustainability factors at entity level since 1 January 2023 and discloses the reasons for this in the statement below.
