We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to provide strategic consulting and support for managers in relevant personnel management of employees and employment law topics of the employee life cycle.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Strategic consulting and support for managers in relevant personnel management and employment law topics of the employee life cycle
• Guiding the business in regards to individual and collective personnel measures
• Development of strategic and operational HR processes in the areas of supervisory as well as in the entire company
• Design, development, support and management of relevant strategic HR projects in cooperation with (HR) interfaces
• Strategic partnering with the management in the context of transformation and change processes
• Setting innovative impulses for the business in the collaboration with the other international HR teams in order to enhance efficiency and risk mitigation
• Functional management and guidance of HR Generalists
• Constructive cooperation and partnership with works council

 
Your skills and experience:

• Minimum of 5 years work experience in Human Resources and a University degree in business administration or similar
• Fluent in German and English, especially Business English
• Implementation strength and efficient execution
• Conceptual strength, solution-oriented hands-on mentality and confidence in appearance
• High commitment and team orientation

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Creation, processing and review of HR-relevant documents along the HR value chain end-to-end

Your tasks and responsibilities:

Team Leadership

• Lead UI Labs Client Service team responsible for day-to-day interaction with UI Labs clients; transform as required to deliver a best-in-class client service experience
• Responsibility for UI Labs Investment Compliance solution including responsibility for monitoring & maintenance of client aligned investment compliance rules

Your skills and experience:

• 8+ years in Operations Management, Project Management or General management within a Software, Consulting, Asset Manager or Fintech environment
• Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills (written/verbal). An innovation and transformation-oriented mindset is a key characteristic for this role
• Solution oriented, hands-on leader with ability to operate independently
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives that delivered significant and tangible results
• Capacity to manage a large set of activities in parallel and set clear indicators of progress and issues resolution
• Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to mobilize teams and establish clear objectives.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Execute the sales strategy and drive sales growth across institutional and asset manager clients in the DACH region
• Proactively acquire new clients, manage and expand the sales pipeline, and own the end‑to‑end sales process from lead qualification to deal closure
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision‑makers at target clients and key business partners
• Plan, lead, and deliver tailored client meetings, sales presentations, and negotiations

Your skills and experience:

• Proven experience managing complex sales processes, including RfPs
• Established or developing network within asset managers or institutional clients in the DACH region
• Good understanding of the asset management and servicing value chain, covering multiple asset classes and related fund structures
• Strategic and entrepreneurial sales mindset combined with a structured, results‑driven, and independent working style
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a strong client and service orientation
• High level of initiative, flexibility, resilience, and teamwork, paired with a strong willingness to travel
• University degree in business administration, economics, finance, or a comparable qualification

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Project lead for transactions in Alternative Investments
• Coordination of due diligence and transaction activities across all involved internal departments and external parties
• Coordinating projects with multiple transfers, restructurings and contributions-in-kind or distributions-in-kind
• Managing of the transaction tools (SharePoint System), including configuration, documentation upload, ensuring data integrity and audit readiness

Your skills and experience:

• At least two years’ professional experience in the Alternative Investments and / or funds institution

• Experience in project management, process efficiencies, automation & standardization

We are looking for a System Engineer with Core Infrastructure knowledge to join our IT Infrastructure team in Frankfurt. The role focuses on the operation, administration, and reliability of Microsoft based enterprise infrastructure, with particular emphasis on Active Directory, Group Policy, virtualization, and core Windows services. The position is intended for an experienced, hands-on infrastructure engineer who can operate systems independently within established frameworks and processes, while ensuring secure, compliant, and stable operations in a BaFin-regulated environment.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

Infrastructure Operations (BAU)

• Operate and maintain core IT infrastructure services ensuring availability, stability, and performance
• Independently handle day-to-day operational tasks within defined standards and procedures
• Analyze and resolve infrastructure incidents, contributing to root cause analysis
• Execute approved changes in line with formal change management processes
• Participate in on-call rotation (if applicable)
• Maintain accurate technical and operational documentation

Active Directory & Identity Management

• Administration of Microsoft Active Directory (on‑premises): users, groups, computers, and Organizational Units.
• Implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Group Policy Objects
• Resolve authentication, replication, and directory service issues
• Support identity lifecycle management (joiners, movers, leavers)
• Exposure to Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and hybrid identity environments is appreciated

Virtualization & Server Management

• Provisioning, operation, and lifecycle management of virtual machines
• Administration of Windows Server environments including configuration and hardening
• Monitor server performance, resource utilization, and capacity
• Experience with Hyper-V virtualization is highly appreciated

DNS & Core Infrastructure Services

• Administration and troubleshooting of DNS services
• Support core Microsoft infrastructure services such as certificates coming from internal AD CS
• Ensure stable integration between directory services, DNS, and network components

Email & Messaging Platforms

• Operation and support of enterprise email platforms (on‑premises Exchange and/or Exchange Online)
• Troubleshoot mail flow, access issues, and mailbox-related incidents
• Support controlled operational changes while maintaining availability and compliance

Security, Patching & Regulatory Compliance

• Execute Windows Server patching activities in defined maintenance windows
• Apply system hardening measures and baseline security configurations
• Support vulnerability remediation in collaboration with security teams
• Ensure compliance with BaFin-relevant requirements such as auditability and access control

 
Your skills and experience:

• Solid hands-on experience with Active Directory
• Practical experience managing Group Policies
• Good knowledge of Windows Server administration
• Experience managing virtual machines
• Strong understanding of DNS and core Microsoft infrastructure services
• Strong PowerShell scripting for administration and automation
• 3–5 years of professional experience in a System Engineer or Infrastructure Engineer role

We are seeking an experienced Senior System Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team. This role is responsible for the design, operation, and continuous improvement of core Microsoft infrastructure services, including server patching, enterprise messaging, identity services, and server lifecycle management within a regulated financial services environment. The position requires a hands-on expert capable of managing critical infrastructure platforms and ensuring their stability, security, and compliance. 

Your tasks and responsibilities:

Server Patching & Vulnerability Management:

• Server Patching & Vulnerability Management
• Own and execute the end-to-end server patch management lifecycle
• Manage and optimize patching processes across the server estate using SCCM / relevant tooling
• Define and maintain patching standards, baselines, and compliance reporting
• Support vulnerability remediation in collaboration with Security teams
• Ensure full auditability and regulatory compliance of patching activities 

Messaging & Email Platform:

• Operate and maintain enterprise email platform (Exchange Online / Hybrid Exchange)
• Act as technical lead for mail flow, transport rules, and security controls
• Support troubleshooting of complex messaging issues (mail routing, delivery, hygiene)
• Contribute to email platform improvements, migrations, and decommissioning initiatives 

Core Infrastructure Services:

• Maintain and evolve Active Directory & core Microsoft services (DNS, GPO, authentication)
• Support hybrid identity (Antra ID / Azure AD) integrations and governance
• Ensure stability and performance of Windows Server environments
• Contribute to infrastructure design and standardization

 
Security, Compliance & Audit:

• Apply system hardening and baseline configurations
• Ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks (BaFin / CSSF / DORA)
• Provide technical evidence for internal/external audits 

Server Lifecycle & Configuration Management:

• Manage and maintain Windows Server lifecycle management, including:
• Patching baselines
• OS configuration standards
• Hardening policies
• Operate and optimize SCCM (or any 3rd party tooling) for server management, including:
• Server patch orchestration (ADR tuning, phased deployments)
• Configuration baselines and compliance enforcement
• Ensure consistency and standardization across core server platforms
• Support automation and reporting for server patching and compliance
• Contribute to transition and integration with modern management approaches (e.g., Intune / Azure Update Manager) where relevant for servers

Operations & Continuous Improvement:

• Provide 3rd-level support for infrastructure and messaging-related incidents
• Lead root cause analysis and problem management for critical issues
• Automate administrative and operational tasks using PowerShell
• Continuously improving service reliability, performance, and operational processes

Certificates & Secure Messaging:

• Manage and support certificate-based services across infrastructure systems
• Operate and maintain S/MIME (Secure Email) capabilities, including:
• Certificate deployment and lifecycle management
• User and server certificate configuration
• Troubleshooting encryption, signing, and trust issues
• Ensure proper integration of certificates within:
• Exchange Online / Hybrid email flows
• Internal PKI / external certificate authorities
• Support certificate renewal, automation, and compliance processes
• Contribute to improving secure communication standards across the organization 

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong hands-on experience with:

• Microsoft Exchange (Online / Hybrid)
• Windows Server & Active Directory
• SCCM / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (server-focused usage)
• Solid knowledge of:
• Entra ID (Azure AD) and hybrid identity architectures
• Group Policy and authentication mechanisms
• Core infrastructure services (DNS, networking fundamentals)
