Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

• Sie unterstützen im Bereich Real Estate Portfolio Management im laufenden operativen und administrativen Tagesgeschäft
• Sie erstellen Analysen und Reports, übernehmen die Datenpflege und -verwaltung und führen immoblienspezifische Auswertungen durch

• Sie haben erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Berichtswesen und Datenaufbereitung im Umfeld von Immobilienspezialfonds
• Sie haben Kenntnisse in der Analyse von Geschäfts- und Arbeitsprozessen sowie Vorkenntnisse über Strukturen und Prozesse innerhalb einer Service-KVG

We are currently looking for a collaborative, proactive colleague to join our External Communications Team, part of the Marketing & External Communications Department within Sales and Relationship Management. We are responsible for press and public relations for the Universal Investment Group across all our target markets worldwide.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Support the development and rollout of external communications plans and campaigns across UI Group’s key markets.
• Draft high-quality content – including press releases, statements, speeches, social media posts, Q&As, media briefings, and other communications materials – in both English and German.
• Ensure consistent implementation of corporate messaging across all external communications.
• Provide strategic communications guidance to leadership, including messaging recommendations and preparation for interviews, events, and speaking engagements.
• Monitor media coverage, trends, and competitive activity to support strategy and reporting.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with media representatives and build a strong internal network across the UI Group.
• Support crisis and issue communications, including drafting reactive statements and ensuring internal alignment.

 
Your skills and experience:

• A proven track record of professional experience in external communications, including the development and execution of communication initiatives. Experience in a financial firm or financial PR agency is a plus.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills in English and German, with the ability to turn complex insights into clear messaging.
• Self-motivated and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership for tasks and projects.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in social media, MS office, and relevant IT applications (design skills are a plus)
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong internal and external networks, including effective stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is preferred).

Your skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant work experience.
• Minimum 4–6 years of HR experience, including hands-on HR Operations and payroll coordination in a corporate environment.
• Previous experience in coordinating or supervising HR team members
• Solid understanding of German payroll processes, labour law, and obligations best in financial services industry
• Experience with HRIS Workday and MS Office
• Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
• Customer-oriented approach, good organizational and communication skills, and ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Proactive, reliable, motivating, ensure psychological safety in the team and creating an atmosphere for high performance with a smile

• Oversee Security Operations Center (SOC) activities and incident response procedures
• Support maintaining a SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) systems
• Coordinate vulnerability management programs and remediation efforts
• Maintain and optimize our EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) solution
• Provide security consulting to internal stakeholders and business units
• Contribute to implementing Zero Trust Architecture principles across the organization
• Facilitate DevSecOps practices and ensure OWASP compliance in development processes

• Experience with financial sector regulations: DORA, BaFin, and CSSF compliance
• Project management experience

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Project lead for transactions in Alternative Investments
• Coordination of due diligence and transaction activities across all involved internal departments and external parties
• Coordinating projects with multiple transfers, restructurings and contributions-in-kind or distributions-in-kind
• Managing of the transaction tools (SharePoint System), including configuration, documentation upload, ensuring data integrity and audit readiness
• Proactively identify control gaps and efficiency opportunities; design and implement cross-functional process improvements
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and policies describing the transaction process within the scope of the transaction team
• Lead talent development within the team: conduct interviews and oversee onboarding; foster a culture of accountability and collaboration; act as a mentor; allocate resources; set performance expectations 

Your skills and experience:

• At least four years of professional experience in Alternative Investments and / or fund institution
• Successfully completed degree (1st and 2nd state examinations or master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related subject)
• Experience in project management, process efficiencies, automation & standardization
• Quick learner with very good communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Good interpersonal skills to network, communicate and interact with people internally and externally, solution oriented
• Client centric mindset and superior customer service focus SharePoint knowledge
• Fluency in German and English.
