Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
- Sie unterstützen im Bereich Real Estate Portfolio Management im laufenden operativen und administrativen Tagesgeschäft

- Sie haben Kenntnisse in der Analyse von Geschäfts- und Arbeitsprozessen sowie Vorkenntnisse über Strukturen und Prozesse innerhalb einer Service-KVG

Head of IAM

Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the IAM team (coordination, prioritization, coaching)
- Oversee daily IAM operations and ensure high service quality
- Actively participate in day-to-day IAM operations, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently and not only delegated
- Drive IAM roadmap and project initiatives
- Manage audit requests, respond to findings, ensure timely remediation
- Ensure timely delivery of SLA- and KPI-based IAM reports to stakeholders within defined reporting cycles
- Establish and maintain IAM policies, standards and procedures
- Collaborate closely with Security, IT, Compliance, HR and external providers
- Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks (DORA, GDPR, BaFin, CSSF, etc.)
- Improve efficiency and automation in IAM processes
Your skills and experience:
- Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, or related areas
- 6–10+ years of experience in IAM (financial services or other regulated environments preferred)
- Proven leadership experience (2–8 direct reports), including coaching, prioritization, stakeholder management
- Demonstrated hands-on capability in IAM:
- AD / Entra ID
- IAM processes: Joiner-Mover-Leaver, RBAC/SoD, access reviews, recertifications
- MFA, Conditional Access, privileged accounts and service accounts
- Integration with Okta or similar IGA tooling
- Experience in running BAU IAM operations in complex environments
- Experience delivering IAM-related projects
- Strong understanding of:
- Identity lifecycle
- Role modelling, SoD controls
- Privileged Access Management
- Access governance & recertification
- Directory services & federation
- Authentication/authorization standards (OAuth, SAML, OIDC)
- Thorough understanding of ISO 27001, NIST Framework, and CIS Benchmarks
- Experience with financial sector regulations: DORA, BaFin, and CSSF compliance
- Project management experience
- Fluency in English. Professional working knowledge of German (at least B2)

Head of Operations, Compute, & Storage Team
Grow with us! We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Head of Operations, Compute & Storage to lead our Infrastructure Engineering team within UI Information Technologies GmbH in Frankfurt. This role is responsible for managing core IT infrastructure services, ensuring high availability, operational excellence, SLA compliance, and continuous improvement across compute and storage environments. Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Oversee Security Operations Center (SOC) activities and incident response procedures
- Support maintaining a SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) systems
- Coordinate vulnerability management programs and remediation efforts
- Maintain and optimize our EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) solution
- Provide security consulting to internal stakeholders and business units
- Contribute to implementing Zero Trust Architecture principles across the organization

System Engineer - IT Infrastructure

We are currently looking for a for a hands-on IT System Engineer to join our Operations, Compute & Storage Team within UI Information Technologies GmbH to support the daily operation, stability, and continuous improvement of our enterprise IT infrastructure in Frankfurt. This is a strongly operational role focused on ensuring high availability, reliable backup operations, and stable storage and virtualization platforms within a regulated environment. .
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Infrastructure Operations & Support
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of server, storage, backup, and virtualization platforms
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for infrastructure-related incidents and service requests
- Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions
- Participate in on-call rotation (if applicable)
- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
Microsoft Server Administration:
- Administration of Windows Server environments including:
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies
- File services and permissions management
- Execution of patch management cycles and security hardening
- System monitoring and performance optimization
NetApp Storage Administration:
- Daily operational management of NetApp ONTAP storage systems (FAS/AFF)
- Provisioning and support of aggregates, volumes, LUNs, CIFS/NFS shares
- Monitoring storage performance, capacity, and system health
- Management of Snapshot technologies and replication (SnapMirror/SnapVault)
- Troubleshooting performance and connectivity issues (FC / iSCSI)
- Ensuring storage high availability and replication consistency
- Coordination with the storage vendor for firmware upgrades, hardware lifecycle activities, and maintenance windows
- Post-maintenance validation and operational acceptance
- Capacity planning and documentation
Commvault Backup & Recovery:
- Daily monitoring of Commvault backup operations and proactive resolution of failures
- Administration of backup policies, schedules, retention rules, and storage policies
- Management of backups for:
- Virtual machines (VMware / Hyper-V)
- Physical Windows servers
- Execution of restore operations (file-level, VM-level, granular restores)
- Regular verification of backup integrity and recovery readiness
- Participation in Disaster Recovery testing
- Reporting and documentation for compliance and audit purposes
Virtualization Platforms:
- Operational support of VMware vSphere and/or Hyper-V environments
- VM provisioning, lifecycle management, and performance monitoring
- Support of High Availability and replication mechanisms
ITIL & Regulated Environment:
- Work within ITIL-based processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
- Support audit requirements and documentation standards
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory expectations
- Experience in financial services or other regulated environments is considered an asset
Your skills and experience:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Alternatively, completed vocational IT training (e.g., Fachinformatiker) with relevant professional experience
Professional Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in IT infrastructure / system engineering roles
- Proven experience in operational support of enterprise environments

Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Disciplinary and functional management of the team
- Responsibility for the selection, development and qualification of employees
- Drawing up target agreements and monitoring the achievement of targets for directly subordinate employees as well as conducting appraisals
- Planning resources and the deployment of staff within the team
- Organising the team including ensuring documentation of work processes
- Platform marketing FIs nat./international incl. coordination, execution and performance measurement (incl. KPI definition) of basic measures; Campaign management for national/international FIs, budget management (partial budget for channel FIs) and performance measurement (incl. - Supporting the Department Head in project work
- Compliance with quality targets (compliance with KPIs, processes, relevant SFOs, regulations (especially legal, compliance, tax, BCP, working time regulations of UI), auditing, RCSA, relevant legal requirements (e.g. DSGVO, competition law, copyright, tele media law, telecommunications law, press law, personal rights, intellectual property/trademark law).

Your skills and experience:- Degree in Business Administration or comparable education with relevant experience
- 7 to 10 years of professional experience in marketing of an asset manager, ManCo or custodian
- Initial successful management experience, e.g. through project management and/or technical responsibility for a specialist area in the marketing of an asset manager or ManCo
- Knowledge of the product range of an internationally active fund service provider (target group fund initiators)
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledge of the Luxembourg and Irish Manco market
- International experience in relevant fund launch locations advantageous
- Completed management programmes advantageous
- Strong communication, creative and pragmatic problem-solving skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent written, oral, presentation and negotiation skills (German and English)
- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work independently and in a problem-solving manner
