The Procurement Category Manager for IT will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies for IT products and services. This role involves managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the cost-effective and timely procurement of high-quality IT resources. The Strategic Buyer will work closely with the IT department and other stakeholders to align procurement activities with the company's strategic goals.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

Strategic Sourcing:
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for IT procurement.
• Conduct market analysis to identify potential suppliers and assess their capabilities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and new technologies.
Vendor Management:
• Identify, evaluate, and select vendors based on quality, price, reliability, and service.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to quality or delivery.
Contract Negotiation:
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers.
• Ensure contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements.
• Manage contract renewals and amendments as needed.
Cost Management:
• Analyze spend data and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop and implement cost reduction strategies without compromising quality.
• Track and report on cost savings achieved through strategic sourcing initiatives.
Procurement Process Management:
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for IT goods and services.
• Ensure timely and accurate purchase order creation, approval, and processing.
• Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely payments to suppliers.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
• Work closely with the IT department to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with business objectives.
• Communicate procurement strategies and initiatives to stakeholders at all levels.
Compliance and Risk Management:
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
• Assess and mitigate risks associated with the procurement of IT products and services.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities and supplier agreements.

 
Your skills and experience:

• Proven experience as a Strategic Buyer in the IT sector.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of IT products, services, and market trends
• Very good English & German language skills.

We are currently looking for a colleague to join our Operations, Comupute & Storage Team that is a part of our IT Infrastructure Department .The main target of this positions is to develop, deliver and maintain end user applications in the role of Technical Application Owner including Lifecycle Management.





Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Acting as interface between business and IT to develop, deliver and maintain applications based on elaborated Change Requests and Projects
• Coordinate, manage, and support IT solution and/or application development as required by designing and configuring to agreed specifications, estimation, testing, and documentation of change requests.
• Performs IT operations and maintenance activities according to approved procedures, including ticket handling and application/IT solution monitoring
• Performs IT service trainings and 2nd-Level Helpdesk activities together with the IT Service team
• Stakeholder management, esp. of business management contacts

Your skills and experience:

• Educational background within IT / technical studies or relevant certifications / trainings completed
• Several years of practical experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager and MS Intune
• In-depth IT knowledge in Windows, Active Directory, GPO
  and software packaging
• Very good communication skills and high business acumen
• Experience in 2nd / 3rd level support of IT environments
• Very good English language skills.
• German skills would be highly desirable.

Sie sind zuständig für:
• Prüfung, Verhandlung und Bearbeitung von Verträgen und Dokumenten mit Geschäftspartnern, insbesondere für Wertpapier-Investmentvermögen (z.B. Auslagerungsverträge, Anlagebedingungen, Anlegervereinbarungen, Verwahrstellenverträge, Vertriebsverträge).
• Bearbeitung rechtlicher Fragen für Geschäftsleitung und Fachabteilungen.
• Begleitung und Bewertung rechtlicher Entwicklungen sowie Beratung zur Umsetzung gesetzlicher und regulatorischer Anforderungen im Investmentgeschäft.

 
Das bringen Sie mit:

• Zwei juristische Staatsexamina oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
• Berufserfahrung in der Rechtsabteilung einer Investmentgesellschaft und/oder einer Bank und/oder einer Rechtsanwalts- oder Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft
• Kenntnisse im deutschen und ggf. internationalen Investmentrecht
• Eine sorgfältige und analytische Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
• Teamfähigkeit und Serviceorientierung

• die Verarbeitung von Buchungsbelegen in unserem Buchhaltungssystem

• idealerweise wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium
• idealerweise Grundkenntnisse des Investmentsteuergesetzes
• Gute Kenntnisse der Microsoft Office Programme
• gute englische Sprachkenntnisse
• sehr gute deutsche Sprachkenntnisse
